With over 25 years experience and a proven track record for service, preventative and scheduled maintenance, Gauge Technology is a company able to provide 24/7 support for the Orbis gauge, EES Width gauge and new equipment supplied by Gauge Technology Ltd. 
 
Gauge Technology Ltd offers a cost affective refurbishing program with upgradeable options for all Orbis gauges.
Upgraded electronics and software, new display screens, refinished main shaft incorporating the chilled air cooling system.
The program comes complete with a 1 year maintenance and support contract and personnel training. Training is provided locally or at our venue in the UK for up to 8 maintenance engineers. All refurbished gauges are returned with our 12 month warranty.

Gauge Technology Ltd offers a Stereo Width Gauge with thermal profile option. The Stereo Camera to be fitted into most
existing camera enclosures.

 Gauge Technology also recommends a maintenance program for the equipment and will prepare a plan to suit your equipment.

Maintenance programs:
A typical maintenance contract would be 1 scheduled visit during a major mill stop and 1 unscheduled visit during a down day. All maintenance contracts are customized to your requirements and experience. All gauge head spare parts, processor parts, electrical and electronic repairs are tested in our test racks and carry our extensive 12 month warranty. We provide a 4 hour free equipment assessment visit whilst an engineer is in the area to ensure the equipment is functioning correctly and to discuss the next maintenance visit program. Customers are now able to order spare parts and service form our customer support website. click here
